Great stay. Great staff

Staff was extraordinarily sweet

The wooden bed frame was much larger than the mattress. Walking to the bathroom at night resulted in a gash on the leg. The corners of the bed frame needed rubber protectors. Or the mattress needed to match the size of the bedframe.

Nice hotel with quick access to the beach

The elements was a nice hotel to stay in. Equipment is very good, the pool is big, the gym, game room and play room are well equipped. The restaurant is open air so that gives it a nice charm. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade into the suites and they are absolutely great, spacious, nice view. We appreciated the staff making us feel special for our birthday celebration.

There are 2 things that I think need to be addressed to make this hotel perfect. 1. The pool service. We arrived at 4:30 pm to use the pool and order cocktails and there were empty glasses on nearly all the tables, and leftovers towels on the chairs. We stayed over an hour and no one came to clean the area. This doesn't really give a good image. 2. The noise in the evening. They should have a guard or a staff member tell people to either go inside their rooms to talk or reduce noise after a certain time. Ex: after 11:00pm, the hotel should be a quiet area. We had people in different rooms talking from one balcony to another, and the day after people drinking and talking by the pool until way into the middle of the night.

Quiet resort.

Great helpful staff, big room with balcony overlooking pool which Waa a good size. Very quiet resort with only 2 restaurants and a shop nearby. The restaurant at the hotel was ok, but a tad expensive.

Breakfast was average at best, most of the hot items were lukewarm.

it’s all about the staff, extremely friendly, helpful and cute

only 8 sunchairs for this number of rooms is a joke, never available. pool is very dated and needs renovation urgently. There is no proper beach around so there is no “ Krabi feeling”

We booked for two weeks and really 2-3 days would have been sufficient for the location.

The hotel itself was very good, and staff very attentive. The curtesy bus to Ao Nang, at set hours, is a necessity when staying there. The room and decor was very attractive. Pool and surrounding areas extremely well presented.

Location too remote which is not stated in the description. Beach - unusable. Advertised as good and 7.7yds from hotel but full of rocks, dirty and muddy sand and completely unused by any guests during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful although the english (hot) breakfast was always cold. Empty restaurant for dinner, and food not up to standard expected. Bar non existent. Lack of shops and nearby amenities,

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff

Very nice and cozy hotel compound. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff giving good advice about available tours. Good breakfast in a nice atmosphere. Free bikes.

The hotel is located in the vicinity of some minor industrial sites, which may lead to some lorry traffic and dust on the road. Cycling therefore turned out slightly less attractive than initially thought. It might be best to get a rental car.

Quite and nice place to stay

They have nice swimming pool which is consider big. There is free bicycle in case you want to room around the hotel. There was gaming room with billiard table (it's old but still can be used for some fun games). Staff was so friendly. There is free shuttle two times per day to the night market for free. Breakfast buffet was nice and with good variety.

The location is little bit far from any kind of attraction ( advantage if you are aiming to stay in quiet and isolated place). The hotel facilities is a bit old and need to be refreshed. Less sunbeds near by the swimming pool. Beach is 1 min from the hotel but it's just public beach without any sunbeds or any kind of facilities (don't expect anything, just wild beach).

Excellent staff lovely hotel with a great pool but not a great location and the hotel back is awful

Staff were truly amazing

We booked for 6 adults and 1 child and paid in advance what was quoted. On arrival they said we needed to pay 1500 baht (£37) a night for a bed for the child which isn’t anywhere in the emails I had received from booking.com

Good

The property in it's hey day would have been really pretty, it is designed well and looks good in photos. The Room was large, and a Double Bed (Large) meant, we could easily fit in 4 people - though it was just the two of us :) The pool is nice, and the beds are comfortable. The amenities are good too in the room.

The property is falling apart, steps are broken, the sauna / steam don't work, the restaurant is more or less dead most of the day, and not inviting at all. The Breakfast at this price-point leaves you wondering why you chose with breakfast option, and the location is a bit off - between 2 factories. The Beach is a rocky beach, while you do get a view from the room, this is not a beach you want to visit.

Overall, great day and had a great time with family there.

Plenty amenities, enjoy the pools but mostly need to pay out of pockets but reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cleanliness of the room just okay, stains on toilets and counters. Just a bit inconvenient when calling taxi and grab. Facilities are old as well.

We’re coming back!!

The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Particular thanks go to Bum, incredibly hospitable and so lovely to see him each day. Rooms were spacious and very good. My children loved the pool table and the adults loved the animals especially the resident monitor lizards.

Very little! Some suggestions: cushions on benches on balconies, maybe make use of the beach, shower door or glass instead of curtains.

The location is good, it has everything and is friendly, but it is not well located

If you are looking for personal jacuzzi, private pool area and a very quiet place to get away from hustle bustle city li

The staffs service quality is very good. It has a nice pool facing the cafe and we have our own private pool area right in front of the balcony which was fantastic if u want a quick dip into the cool water under the hot humid weather .

It doesn’t have a great front entrance and also the beach isn’t one that you could walk or swim .

A quieter classy retreat away from the "noise" but with plenty of facilities

2nd visit primarily because of location and facilities. Very quiet area, away from the tacky tourist noise of AoNang. The hotel has good facilities if you are spending time there, big gym and pool, games, books, table football pool table, badminton, boche, bicycles for free. Hotel can arrange any island(s) trip with boat picking you up on beach across the road. Excellent and friendly staff. Highly recommend for those with kids or for any family or couple who want a quieter hotel but with good facilities

Water not hot in shower, warmish only (maybe just our room). Breakfast fruit juices should be made from the juice of fruit not that sugary crap you get in cheap hotels - this is not a cheap hotel!
